Let’s Fall for Speech…

This new season gives us many ideas and opportunities to enhance communication skills.  As you all know, I love using books during sessions. Books are a great way to engage a child while working on  speech and language skills. My all time favorite for this season is ‘The Little Old Lady Who Was Not Afraid Of Anything’ by Linda Williams. This book is perfect for this time of the year. It is beautifully illustrated and written in such a creative way that draws the child’s attention. Constant use and repetitions of onomatopoeias throughout the story, bring it to life and allows the child to participate using gestures.  Join me as I read this wonderful story.  An activity packet was created for this book.  Hope you like it!
