HIRING SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST/SPEECH THERAPY ASSISTANT
The candidate must be comfortable working with children from birth to 21 with various diagnoses related to communication disorders and feeding challenges. The therapist must demonstrate skills in planning and structuring session activities based on the care plan and the child’s developmental level. Responsibilities include speech, language, and feeding assessments. A licensed SLP will conduct evaluations for SLPAs. The candidate will work in a team setting with other therapists, pediatricians, and specialists to ensure that the patient reaches his/her goals. Supervision and training are available at all times.
